We meet near the South side of the Wells jetties to start lessons.
The first 1/2 hr of the lesson (2hrs total) is spent on the beach to give you information on the background of how and where
the waves happen, personal safety, and respect for the ocean and anyone near us.  After beach time we spend 1 hr 15 mins
in-water to give you more detailed personal input, with 15 minutes to go over the days material at the end of the lesson.

We try to show you all the basic concepts to consider and attempt, and then feedback and evaluate your capabilities

to get you going in the direction you would like to go, cruising, or ripping!

The shop was originally located just down the road in Ogunquit.  It is the oldest existing surf shop in Maine.  The present owners, Vincent Brazen, and Robert Morrell took over the operation in 2001.  Be sure to stop by and visit, as many of the top professional athletes from New England and beyond can be seen either in a planned appearance, or while just stopping by to find some fresh new gear!
